We picked one out today and read all these reviews before the purchase. Everything that was said is true. Just needed some cleaning to unstick some keys. Works beautifully!

I purchased an Erika 10 and have a peculiar problem – I can’t get it out of the case! The two side levers don’t release it (one seems to, and the other makes the hood pop up to expose the ribbon!) Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a solution? Man, I hope so!
